Hmm... well... just saw another post talking about the serial port configuration, and it seems like you can't do it with Serial2.begin(). What I'm afraid of is that Serial2 is normally the console, but by running Serial2.begin() you can detach the console and use the port as you see fit, but I'm not sure the system("...") call will do the trick, maybe running Serial2.begin(9600) and then the system call afterwards... it's a bit of a hack, but might work.
