No adaptors detected Most of the time. Joe Why would it some times connect and NO changes, the next day, turn on laptop and run widi connect icon and "NO adapters detected"? There must be some data (in files?) being written and read back by WiDi software and not cleaned up at shutdown.
Q- How can it work once and then fail to dectect the adapter, the next day with no changes, can you please answer this for me?
By the way, my Samsung 8.1 tablet, with android 4.2 and their software implementation of miracast works perfect with the same belkin screencast adapter. Aparently they are using the standard miracast protocol expected by the adapter (same as Intel), only their's works flawlessly and Intel's does not? How come? PS I have 20+ yrs. as a software developer.
