Hi Allan,
Thanks so much for looking, we weren't sure you guys would pay attention to us, being such niche software. I'm currently at work so I will have to provide you with most of these details later on however I can give you a few bits of info now.
MB: Gigabyte Z87M-D3H
CPU: Core i5 4430
OS: Windows 7 x64 (SP1 not currently installed)
You can find a download of the software here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/downloads.php?do=cat&id=118
I will have to download and check the above file to make sure it includes the videos. Hyperspin can be quite complicated to setup so hopefully that package can demonstrate the issue without too much configuration on your part.
When you start it up you will see a wheel on the right with names of systems - with sub-wheels with the games. These are all read from XML databases contained in the install folder. The most important aspect of setting up a system on Hyperspin is that your XML database game names (like tetris for example) would also have to have artwork for things like the wheel, background, and video snap and they all have to have the exact same name.
Like I said, Ill download it and make sure I can replicate the problem easily and get back to you about it with the reports you also wanted.
Thanks Again,
Monyet
