Exactly the same problem with an IvyBridg Processor G1610.
Mainboard is Gigabyte GA-H61N-USB3
CPU Intel Celeron G1610
4GB Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
System works fine with standard VGA driver (even the sound over hdmi is working there)
As soon as I installed the latest Intel video drivers the only thing I'm getting is a screen on my TV with the hint there is no hdmi signal. When I disconnect the hdmi cable my TV shows no cable connected.
I tried to connect with a second screen via VGA and my TV via HDMI but my TV cannot be recognized at all.
It doesn't matter if I take the Gigabyte drivers from there website or the drivers here directly from Intel.
When I use an AMD HD 6450 Videocard my TV is working perfect with the same cable and hardware described above.
I tried to get a solution via internet but it seems to me there is no solution out there now.
Please fix these drivers there is something wrong ....
