Hello Derek712, thank you very much for contacting us through Intel Communities. I understand you are not being able to change the resolutions on your laptop. 


I would recommend you to update the graphics driver to the latest version available.  You can download the driver for your graphics controller from the following link: Intel® Driver Update Utility    

 

We always recommend using the latest drivers provided directly by your motherboard or Original Equipment Manufacturer. However, you may try our drivers and force the installation by performing a manual procedure. Please check the following URL:  Graphics Drivers — Computer manufacturer graphics driver detected    

 

If the behavior persisted, it will be necessary to contact your system manufacture.
