Okay, let's see. First of all I recommend you to remove the "nameserver 127.0.0.1" entry from Galileo's resolv.conf - you're apparently not running a DNS server on it and that entry only makes the name resolution longer.
Now as far as networking is concerned - as far as ifconfig reports, there are no packet drops logged, so looks like there are no physical networking problems.
I see that on Yun you have wlan0 interface connected and being in a different subnet (192.168.1.x) than the eth1 interface (192.168.100.x), which is apparently the Ethernet connection. Packet counts reported by ifconfig suggest that on Yun you're actually working through wlan connection and not the Ethernet one. If that's the case, that may explain the difference. Please try switching it off (e.g. using hardware switch if Yun has one, or just by running "ifdown wlan0") and try downloading again.
