Re: USB 2.0, how to activate it on a D34010WYK

I understand you are trying to utilize USB 2.0 ports but they are not recognized by USB devices.

Please make sure have installed the latest BIOS for your computer:

Also, check USB legacy mode and set this to enable and try again.
