The message you are getting is probably indicating that your system uses customized drivers from the computer manufacturer.

However, you may want to try the following process:

  1. Uninstall Intel® HD Graphics. Graphics — Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display/HDMI Audio Driver
  2. Restart your system.
  3. Manually install Intel® HD Graphics driver. Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*

If this does not work you will need to use the driver provided by the system manufacturer.
