I understand you are connecting HDMI monitor and this is not detected at all.

At this stage, please make sure you are connecting your monitor via HDMI to HDMI cable, no adapters as this may restrict monitor detection.

Also, try updating to the latest video drivers, there is a new version you like to test here:
